Cooking instructions

Place 1.5 lbs of ground beef in a bowl and add 0.5 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 0.5 tsp of salt, a pinch of pepper and 1 tsp of ground mustard. Mix well with a fork.

Form 4 meat patties. Slice 1 onion.

Heat some oil in a skillet and fry the beef patties for 4 minutes without moving them. Flip them over and cook for an extra 4 minutes. Reserve.

Leave a couple of tbs of cooking juices in the pan and add the onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add 1 can of onion soup, 1 packet of gravy mix and 0.5 cup of water. Stir well and bring to a boil.

When the sauce is boiling, reduce the heat and stir in 1 tbs of Worcester saue. Add the hamburger steaks to the pan and let everything cook together for a couple of minutes.
