Cooking instructions

1. Rub 3 lbs country style pork ribs with dry rub. Press it on with your fingers. Place the ribs in a large ziplock bag and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2. Preheat the grill to 225°F. In a bowl, combine the juice of 2 lemons with 4 tbs honey. Reserve.
3. Spray the grill with cooking oil and place the ribs flatter side down.
4. Cover the grilla and cook the ribs for 90 minutes, while brushing them with the lemon sauce every 30 minutes.
5. Flip the ribs, cover again, and cook for another 90 minutes. When done, transfer the ribs to a cutting board, tent with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.
