For a 12 to 14 lbs turkey, you need 3 to 3 3/4 hours. A 14 t0 18 lbs turkey needs 3 3/4 to 4 1/4 hours. Add 30 minutes per extra 2 pounds. Calculate 15 minutes on top of regular roasting time for stuffed turkey.
